Meet Taichi Matsuura!

My name is Taichi Matsuura and I am a 16 year old kenshi from the USA. I Started Kendo at a young age, Being around Kendo my whole life I wanted to try it myself. At the start of my kendo career I enjoyed it a lot, I loved Practicing and competing as much as I could.

The love for competition and Growth of skill drive me in kendo today. I enjoy knowing every practice improves my skill and grows my Kendo ability. Competition also drives me. Being able to test my own skill and experience all different types of kendo is very exciting.
